Paige is an accomplished land use lawyer and litigator who assists clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential developers and operators, in navigating the entitlement process and obtaining and defending land use and environmental approvals. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Paige is known for his ability to work with a client to take a project from its inception and due diligence stage through approval of the entitlements and, ultimately, the negotiated resolution and/or defense of a legal challenge to the project entitlements under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). His practice includes advising clients on compliance with the multitude of regulations that are implicated by the development process, including CEQA, the Outdoor Advertising Act, the California Coastal Act and state and local planning and zoning laws. Paige regularly represents clients before state and local administrative bodies in obtaining development approvals and in all aspects of land use and CEQA litigation at both the trial court and appellate court levels.
