Nyasha Seale focuses her practice on first-party property insurance defense, uninsured and underinsured motorist litigation, third-party defense of bodily injury litigation, slip-and-fall cases, construction defect litigation, all aspects of medical malpractice defense and civil litigation.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Nyasha was a partner at a mid-size national law firm where she enhanced her trial experience as lead counsel. Prior to joining that firm, she was an attorney with a Maitland, Florida, law firm that specialized in insurance defense, first-party commercial and personal lines, property claims, insurance coverage disputes, casualty claims and insurance fraud claims.
