Nicola McCaffrey is special counsel and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. Nicola has extensive experience advising Irish and international asset management firms, investment banks, promoters of, and service providers to, Irish domiciled investment funds in relation to the establishment and authorization of all types of investment funds, in particular ETFs and also has significant experience in AIFs authorized under the Irish AIFMD regime.
