Nick Schuneman advises clients in a broad range of intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on patent infringement litigation. He partners with his clients to develop forward-thinking litigation strategies and guides them through every stage of litigation, from pre-trial through appeal and settlement. Nick also advises on licensing matters and post-grant proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Nick holds an MS in electrical engineering. Prior to attending law school, he designed high-performance antenna arrays. He is listed as a co-inventor on four issued US patents related to ultra-broadband array technology.
