Nicholas (Nick) Covek is a member of the Litigation Department and part of our Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has experience working with the firm’s Sports & Entertainment Group, writing and publishing short articles on NIL issues. He has also written memoranda for litigation matters concerning securities and commodities fraud. His pro bono work includes assisting on projects that focus on issues of racial and gender equity.
Prior to joining Foley, Nick attended Cornell Law School where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He was also a member of Cornell’s Capital Punishment Clinic, advocating on behalf of clients serving capital sentences. During law school he gained experience on litigation matters while engaging in a practicum with the New York Attorney General Office.
