Nicholas (“Carter”) Noon is a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. He focuses on representing investment fund sponsors on fund formation, structuring, investments, regulatory and compliance issues and day to day operational matters. Additionally, Carter represents secondary fund managers in connection with secondary transactions, secondary restructurings, primary investments and co-investments as well as institutional investors when investing into private investment funds.
