Nicholas McGrath is an Associate in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing management in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including preventative counseling.
While attending law school, Mr. McGrath acted as a student attorney in the Nebraska College of Law Civil Clinic, which provides pro bono legal services to low income clients. In that capacity, Mr. McGrath successfully argued a case before the Nebraska Court of Appeals resulting in a favorable outcome for one of the Clinic’s clients. Mr. McGrath also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable L. Steven Grasz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit where he was involved in the opinion drafting process as well as helping prepare the Judge for oral arguments. Mr. McGrath was a member of the Nebraska Law Review and served on the executive board of Volume 97 as the Reviewing Editor. Mr. McGrath was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Constitutional Law II, Criminal Sanctions Seminar, Civil Clinic, and Federal Courts.
