Nguyen N. Trinh is involved in all aspects of the firm’s employee benefits practice, with experience in the operation, compliance, merger, and termination of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans maintained by a variety of plan sponsors. She also counsels providers of IRA and annuity products on product design, administration, and compliance. Nguyen represents clients before government agencies and advises them on the technical requirements of the laws affecting retirement plans and IRAs.
