Nada has extensive experience representing clients in all stages of state and federal commercial litigation, as well as with alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. She manages disputes from inception through appeal and specializes in complex commercial problem solving and risk assessment and mitigation with a focus on achieving effective and efficient resolutions to complex legal and business problems.
Nada’s practice encompasses all aspects of complex commercial litigation and counseling, including real estate disputes, labor and employment disputes, contract-related disputes, and consumer class action lawsuits. She has successfully defending clients, including real estate developers, in all types of real estate litigation matters, such as quiet title actions, easement issues, contract disputes, and lease disputes.
She also has extensive experience representing employers in state and federal courts in employment litigation involving claims pertaining to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, trade secret protection, enforcement of noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, and contract disputes.
Nada regularly counsels clients on compliance with advertising laws, and has successfully defended clients in consumer class action lawsuits alleging violations under the California Unfair Competition Law, deceptive, false, and misleading advertising laws, the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and Proposition 65.
Before joining Mintz Levin, Nada was associated with another prominent Los Angeles law firm where she was involved with complex litigation in state and federal court.
