He has worked on transactions involving a wide variety of asset classes, including commercial mortgage back securities, commercial transportation and construction equipment, retail auto loans, retail auto leases and dealer floorplan finance receivables. Mitch has worked on both public and private offerings, in both domestic and cross-border offerings.
