Ms. Power has broad experience representing and advising organisations in general commercial litigation, employment, industrial relations and safety for more than 15 years. This has included delivery of tailored workplace training; conducting workplace enquiries and assisting clients to manage performance and conduct; dealing with fitness for work issues; managing organisational change including coordinating effective communication strategies for redundancies; and helping employers to implement fair and compliant termination of employment processes. She also assists organisations involved in the purchase or sale of business to conduct comprehensive due diligence on employment and industrial matters.
Ms. Power prepares employment documentation such as contracts, enterprise agreements and workplace policies. She also assists employers with employment related disputes such as discrimination, harassment and bullying claims, contractual claims, disputes in respect of the terms of enterprise agreements or awards, unfair dismissal and adverse action claims.
