Min Kim concentrates her practice in the area of employment & labor law. Recognizing that employers seek cost-effective resolutions, when appropriate Min uses alternate resolution options, including arbitration, conciliation and mediation. She handles cases arising under state and federal discrimination and fair employment practices statutes. She also has experience representing privately owned companies and local city government in employment and business litigation matters.
Prior to attending law school, Min was a tax associate at a Big Four accounting firm, providing tax compliance services for multistate companies, privately owned organizations and investment partnerships.
