Ms. Kim has represented clients in all aspects of intellectual property, including patent and trademark prosecution, counseling and litigation. Ms. Kim’s patent prosecution experience has included a broad range of technologies, including mechanical and medical devices, pharmaceutical products and delivery devices, immunoassays, various chemical compositions, consumer goods, software and Internet-related devices and methods, as well as aerospace inventions.
