Michael Chalcraft practices in the areas of professional liability litigation and health, disability and ERISA matters. He represents accountants and attorneys in malpractice claims involving a wide range of issues and defends insurers and their agents and brokers in litigation and arbitrations involving a variety of claims, including ERISA, life and health insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Michael handled workers’ compensation defense, and previously served Kendall and Kane counties as an assistant state’s attorney, completing 57 jury trials and more than 600 bench trials.
