Michael is a litigator whose practice encompasses complex commercial disputes, labor and employment cases, and securities litigation. He has experience conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda and motions.
While earning his JD, Michael was a summer associate for a multinational law firm. In that role, he researched and drafted legal memoranda pertaining to commercial litigation, labor and employment, and securities regulations and prepared a motion to exclude an expert witness for an employment matter. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts and for the Honorable Judith C. McCarthy of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
In law school, Michael served as an articles editor for the Boston College Law Review and as the vice president of the Boston College Law Student Association. Upon graduation, he received the Philip Joseph Privitera ’95 Commencement Award for outstanding scholarship and exceptional contribution to the law school community.
Before law school, Michael taught middle school in Miami as a Teach for America corps member.
