Mike Schag serves as the lead counsel in toxic tort litigation for defendants in the construction, manufacturing, engineering, transportation and aviation sectors. He represents contractors, premises owners, product manufacturers, designers, engineers and distributors. He also represents parties in general products liability, commercial contracts, insurance, election law, regulatory compliance and environmental law. Mike is an Assistant State's Attorney for Madison County, Illinois for the purpose of handling the defense of civil actions against governmental entities. Mike is the chair of practice groups on Government Contracts Law and Military Law.
