Michael Chipko handles professional liability matters, primarily defending lawyers; general liability; and medical malpractice. His clients include attorneys, commercial properties, nurses and hospitals.
Prior to working at Wilson Elser, Michael represented a wide range of clients in the insurance defense and commercial litigation departments at an insurance defense firm. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Joseph R. Rosa in the Bergen County Superior Court, Special Civil Part.
