Michael’s practice focuses on regulatory compliance, transactions, and advocacy in the communications space. In his practice, he advises service providers on the requirements surrounding the implementation of anti-robocall technologies as well as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). He helps clients navigate various Universal Service Fund (USF) programs, the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), and federal and state privacy laws. Michael also advocates for clients’ interests before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) by commenting on proposed rules and policies.
