Michael Zilber’s practice focuses on general business litigation matters. His experience includes handling matters involving claims of deceptive and unfair trade practices, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation. Michael is skilled at drafting motions, reviewing discovery, and managing litigation documents in preparation for trial.
During law school, Michael was an active member of the University of Miami Law Review and the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, winning the University’s John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition and the Humberto Peña Best Advocate Award. Michael also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Adalberto Jordan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and to the Honorable Beth Bloom of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
