Michael E. Draz is an Associate at Vedder Price. He is a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team and focuses his practice in aircraft, railcar and general equipment finance. He counsels and represents lenders, borrowers, lessors, lessees, equity participants and other financiers in a variety of transactions including operating leases, structured financings, secured loans and portfolio acquisitions and divestitures.
