Melinda Biancuzzo is an associate in the Government Contracts, Investigations & International Trade Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her experience includes assisting government contractors with internal investigations, Contract Disputes Act litigation before the Court of Federal Claims, and bid protests before the United States Government Accountability Office. Additionally, Ms. Biancuzzo’s experience on the business side of government contracts is extensive. Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, she worked as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) for a multi-billion dollar government contractor. In that capacity, Ms. Biancuzzo managed on-site personnel, negotiated subcontract agreements, monitored contract compliance and performance, and liaised directly with the federal contract management team.
