Melanie, a native of Dover, NJ, is a rising second year law student at Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ. She attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA where she majored in Finance and before college, was enrolled in a professional ballet training school in Boca Raton, FL. This summer, Melanie will be working as a faculty research assistant, a public interest law fellow at the Office of the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Division of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Securities, and a law clerk at Peckar & Abramson, P.C. She is primarily interested in combining her finance and legal degrees to provide counsel to parties of complex business transactions but has many other interests including health law, tax law, compliance, and employment law.
