Megan K. Weaver is an associate in the Chicago office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation Department.
Megan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business tort actions, and drug and medical device litigation. She represents a variety of businesses, including Fortune 500 companies and major pharmaceutical companies, and assists them in resolving civil litigation disputes.
In addition, Megan also represents and advises privately-owned companies and non-profits in small-business matters.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg full time in 2016, Megan served as a summer law clerk in the Chicago office. She also gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for Justice Mathias Delort of the Illinois Appellate Court where she drafted judicial opinions.
