Mr. Bradshaw provides strategic counsel to companies of all sizes, from family-owned businesses and start-up companies to large privately and publicly held corporations, on a broad range of commercial transactions. From entity formation, financing, and governance, through complex mergers and acquisitions and succession planning, he strives to advise his clients appropriately at each stage of the company life cycle. He also represents clients in general business matters including the negotiation and drafting of sales and distribution agreements, employment agreements, and counseling on day-to-day business matters. In addition, he negotiates, conducts due diligence, and closes loan, leasing, and purchase and sale transactions for real estate clients.
Having been raised on a family farm and ranch, Mr. Bradshaw seeks out opportunities to aid agriculture businesses to find success in the complex environment in which they operate. Before attending law school, Mr. Bradshaw worked in a variety of business roles in several industries, including agriculture and food, accounting and tax, real estate development, business consulting, and insurance.
