Matthew Skrzynski is an associate in the Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group, focusing his practice on advising debtors, creditors, and other key stakeholders in a variety of in- and out-of-court matters.
Matthew worked as a restructuring lawyer at another leading law firm before joining Proskauer. Prior to law school, Matthew earned a B.A. from Colgate University with a double major in Philosophy and Economics and worked as an analyst in the retail brokerage industry for several years. Matthew leverages his financial experience to enhance his understanding of restructuring.
