Matthew (Matt) Miller is a partner in the firm’s Nashville office and is a member of the Health Care and FDA and Corporate practices. Matt represents private equity funds, venture capital investors, health care companies, and strategic buyers and sellers in domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, joint ventures, reorganizations, and other corporate and regulatory matters. Matt’s experience spans a wide array of industries, including health care, technology, medical devices, life sciences, retail, distribution, consumer products, dental, wellness, sports, and nutrition.
In addition to his transactional experience, Matt works collaboratively as outside general counsel with several domestic and international companies.
