Matthew R. Hracho is a second-year law student at the Dickinson School of Law. At Dickinson, he is an associate editor of the Penn State Law Review and an active participant in intramural football, basketball, and softball. He is currently serving as an extern at the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel and will be serving as an intern this summer for the United States Air Force Judge Advocate Corps at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland.
