Matthew Lefkowitz is an associate in the Financial Services Group, where he counsels investment advisers to hedge funds and private equity funds on the structuring, formation and operation of a variety of alternative investment products, and on regulatory matters.
Matthew received his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
