Matt has broad experience in employment, personal injury, commercial and fiduciary litigation. He practices in both state and federal courts, and he handles litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Matt also handles matters involving the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Texas Workforce Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor. Matt advises and represents employers, boards of directors, and senior officers and managers concerning all types of employment and litigation matters.
Matt also represents clients in common and fiduciary litigation. Although Matt typically represents clients in Texas, he has also handled matters and cases in California, Indiana, Louisiana, Florida, West Virginia, Arizona, New York, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Illinois.
