Mary Ann H. Quinn

Professional Biography

Mary Ann counsels clients with both proactive and reactive cybersecurity needs. She advises clients how to avoid and manage risk, structure effective cybersecurity programs, and comply with applicable federal and state regulatory requirements. She also guides clients through the legal and business aspects of cyber risk mitigation, including by performing risk assessments, reviewing technology contracts, and evaluating third-party vendor relationships. Mary Ann has significant experience assisting clients in responding to cyber incidents of all types and leverages this experience to proactively help clients reduce the risk and impact of these incidents.

Mary Ann also has transactional, licensing, and litigation experience involving intellectual property, new and emerging technologies, and government contracting regulations. Her passion for technology and innovation is the logical intersection of her technical background and law practice, and her experience provides a broad knowledge base to help protect and enforce her clients’ interests.

Prior to joining private practice, Mary Ann served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark H. Cohen in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
