Mr. d'Halluin represents clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and cartel-related matters (European and U.S. litigations). He has experience with premerger notifications under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, European competition law, and with the merger control laws of several other jurisdictions.
