Mark E. Solomons is Co-Chair of the National Appellate Practice and concentrates his practice in the areas of federal administrative and regulatory law, insurance regulation, commercial insurance litigation, toxic substances injury, occupational disease compensation, health surveillance and medical records privacy programs, and related litigation. He is experienced in appellate and administrative litigation and has argued five cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He previously served as Legislative Counsel to the U.S. Secretary of Labor and was a member of the President's Commission on Occupational Disease.
