Marissa Cohen is a rising 3L at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She is currently a contributing editor for the new edition of Thomas Reuter's "Modern Constitutional Law" textbook. Marissa is also an active cannabis law educator who gives national presentations on medicinal cannabis properties and the laws that surround cannabis access. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association's COVID-19 Health Task Force, and has assisted in drafting numerous letters to Governor Cuomo regarding crisis-standards of care in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Her work with the Task Force will also be featured in the upcoming NY Public Health Law Journal.
