Marilyn's legal practice encompasses a full range of environmental permitting, compliance, cleanup, and transactional issues, with a focus on public and private development and improvement projects. Marilyn works with clients to develop effective permitting, site assessment, and compliance strategies and to secure local, state, and federal environmental approvals for a wide range of activities.
