Maria L. H. Lewis is a litigator who has handled numerous employment and commercial litigation lawsuits. She also counsels her clients on issues in the workplace, including discrimination and retaliation claims; conducts internal investigations; and conducts management and employee training on diversity, sexual harassment, workplace violence and other related topics.
Maria is a leader in the firm, serving as the Chair of the firm’s national Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Maria is the first firmwide Career Counselor to the firm’s associate attorneys. Maria is also a contributor to the firm's LaborSphere blog, which provides coverage and insights on breaking cases, recently enacted legislation and a broad range of employee benefits and labor issues.
