Maria Hubbard works closely with clients to determine the most effective legal strategies based on the client’s specific matter goals and overall business objectives. As an Associate in the Insurance Recovery practice, she focuses on assisting corporate policyholders obtain the benefit of their insurance policies, including general liability, builders risk, professional liability, directors & officers liability, cyber insurance, and errors & omissions. 

Collaborating with seasoned attorneys, Maria also assists clients through all stages of complex commercial litigation disputes in federal and state courts and arbitrations. Maria has experience in all aspects of litigation including drafting everything from initial pleadings to jury instructions, taking depositions, conducting efficient discovery, and arguing motions in court.
