Margaret R. Wickett-Altier assists her clients with a wide range of employee benefit issues from tax-qualified retirement plans to health and welfare matters. She counsels clients on compliance with ERISA and Internal Revenue Code requirements, as well as requirements under the Affordable Care Act, and works with clients on plan design, implementation, documentation, nondiscrimination compliance, corrections, and participant communications. Margaret works with with DOL, IRS, and PBGC agency representatives on plan examinations, qualification submissions, and correction filings for clients, and she also routinely assists with advice and counseling on employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions, including multiemployer plans.
