Marek focuses his practice primarily on corporate matters.
Marek joined Squire Patton Boggs already as a fourth year student of the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague and as a winner of the Squire Patton Boggs Prague office annual essay competition.
As a student, Marek spent one academic year at the East China University of Political Science and Law in Shanghai, where he enrolled in International Economic Law program. Later on, Marek also took a leave from legal practice and spent a year as a junior diplomat at the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he graduated from the Diplomatic Academy.
Since joining the firm, Marek has participated on several cross-border and domestic transactions. Besides, Marek has also worked on various real estate, employment and commercial projects.
