Marc represents clients in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including corporate structuring, finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and general corporate law.
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Marc was a Transactional Associate in the Higher Education practice group of an international law firm where he counseled educational institutions and private equity groups on a broad range of transactional matters in the higher education industry, including changes in ownership and control, debt and equity financing, and joint ventures.
