Majer Ma focuses on assisting banks, financial institutions, and corporations in structuring, documenting and securitizing commercial lending transactions. As part of her practice, she also assists in drafting and issuing legal opinions. Working closely with Polsinelli attorneys in the Capital Markets and Commercial Lending practice, Majer provides valuable counsel to both domestic and cross-border clients on various financing matters, including asset-based lending, acquisition financing, and term loan and revolving loan facilities. She is also a member of the Fintech & Blockchain Technology group, assisting with various matters that related to blockchain, digital assets, and web3 technology.
