Maggie Livingstone is an associate in the Tax Department and a member of the firm’s Corporate Tax and Private Investment Funds Tax practice groups. Her practice includes structuring taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions in a variety of fields, including sports, real estate and healthcare. She also advises fund sponsors on tax and economic considerations in forming and operating private investment funds, in addition to counseling tax-exempt and non-US investors. She earned her B.A. with Honors from Brown University and her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. In law school, she was a Senior Editor of the Southern California Law Review and a legal writing fellow.
