Madison helps employers resolve employment-related disputes and provides day-to-day compliance advice regarding workplace issues.
An experienced legal researcher, Madison has analyzed, reviewed, and developed a range of material on commercial disputes, including noncompetition and breach of contracts. She has drafted and amended various forms of agreements, including noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements as well as operating agreements.
Madison earned her juris doctor and graduate diploma in comparative law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. While earning her law degree, Madison served as editor-in-chief of the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources, for which she is also a published author. Madison served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick of the US District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. She was also a member of the Student Bar Association Academics Committee and served as an academic tutor for criminal law and criminal procedure.
