Madeline Fogel focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals, trademark and IP litigation, government enforcement and investigations, and noncompete issues. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rhesa H. Barksdale of the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit.
