As part of her distressed and special situations investing practice, Lori advises institutional clients on the acquisition and sale of distressed assets, including foreign and domestic bank loans, private securities, and other investments in companies undergoing financial distress. Lori helps clients navigate the entire process — from initial credit analysis, to the negotiation of transfer documentation, to settlement.
Lori's practice also focuses on the financial markets and funds space, addressing a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues for investment advisers, hedge and private equity funds. With a background as a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Enforcement attorney, Lori brings a valuable perspective to identify risks and develop tailored, strategic solutions.
