Lizbeth Free is an attorney in the Tax Practice Group. She focuses her practice on the tax and corporate law aspects of complex business transactions. Representative matters include acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Lizbeth also assists clients with the tax aspects of real estate investment and exchanges, as well as tax controversy matters.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Lizbeth worked as a legal intern at the Kohler Company and as a law clerk at The Marcus Corporation.
