Lisa’s sophisticated national practice includes Superfund and cost recovery, toxic tort litigation, enforcement actions in federal, state and administrative forums, arbitrations and mediations, due diligence evaluations, environmental compliance auditing, record retention policies, contract and bid reviews, air, water, solid waste landfill and RCRA Part B permitting, insurance coverage, statutory and regulatory analysis and regulation drafting.
