Lindsey Zionts is an associate in the Litigation Department. She advises clients on a number of commercial disputes, though her practice focuses mainly on media law and intellectual property issues.
Ms. Zionts' recent experience includes defending clients against patent infringement claims based on DNA sequencing kits and advising inside counsel on the feasibility of unsealing grand jury records.
Ms. Zionts was a 2015 Ballard Spahr summer associate, and prior to law school worked as a producer, reporter, and photographer for North-Central Florida's NPR and PBS affiliates. She is currently a member of the ABA's Forum on Communications Law and serves on the MLRC's Newsgathering Committee.
