Lindsey Zirkle works in our Business Litigation & Dispute Practice Group. Lindsey’s experience includes work as a student attorney for the Georgetown Law Domestic where she directly represented survivors of domestic violence in Temporary Protection Order and Civil Protection Order proceedings in the District of Columbia Superior Court. In that role, she also litigated components of civil protection orders including no-contact orders, no visitation-orders, and family law issues such as child custody, visitation rights, and child support awards. Lindsey’s previous experience also includes work as a law clerk for a Michigan-based law firm, where she composed pleadings, motions, demand letters, and other correspondence for attorneys. Additionally, she served as head intern for the West Virginia Innocence Project, where she led case screening processes, made client recommendations to supervising attorneys, trained interns in various duties, among other responsibilities.
