Lindsay’s practice focuses on patent litigation, primarily in the mechanical and electrical arts. She also has experience with preparing and prosecuting patent applications involving enterprise application software, networking and robotics. Lindsay recently earned a joint Juris Doctor/Masters of Business Administration degree at Santa Clara University. She holds an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles. Prior to attending graduate school, Lindsay worked as an engineer on the RQ-4 Global Hawk unmanned aircraft system.
