Lindsay A. Bush is counsel at Binder & Schwartz LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation. Lindsay has represented clients in connection with a wide variety of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including disputes involving asset-backed securities, real estate development financing, and other complex financial transactions and investments. She has also represented individuals and corporate clients in partner, shareholder, corporate governance, business divorce and other types of contract and commercial disputes.
Lindsay obtained her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Urban Law Journal, and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing for LLMs.
